These terms govern your use of glasgowtrees.co.uk and any tree surgery services booked with Glasgow Trees. By using this website or engaging us for work, you accept these terms. Last updated: 28 July 2026.

Use of This Website

This website is provided to give information about our tree surgery and grounds maintenance services and to let you request a quote. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt the site.

Quotes and Estimates

Prices given over the phone or through the website are estimates only. A firm quote is confirmed after we've assessed the tree(s) or site in person, since access, tree condition, and site-specific factors materially affect the work involved and the final price.

Booking and Service Agreements

A job is confirmed once you accept a quote, whether in writing, by email, or verbally. We aim to carry out agreed work within the timeframe discussed, but timing can be affected by weather, access, or matters outside our control, such as storm-response priority work.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of quoting. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Late cancellation may affect our ability to offer that slot to another customer.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, photos of our work, and branding, belongs to Glasgow Trees and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

We carry full public liability insurance and carry out all work to British Standard BS3998. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you book work with us is the one that applies to that job.
